Hi Guys! Welcome to my not Youtube channel. I kid. I am going to be hella random. How is everyone doing? Is your year going well? Do you feel as hopeful as you did the beginning of the year? How are we feeling about the democratic party and the debates? I have caught a few and honestly I want to be optimistic but man, I just think he is going to get four more years. Which do you think America is ready for first - a gay president or a female president? Till today I will never not be in awe that America voted a black President - twice. Hey lovely peoples, can you believe it, it's another year again and time for the Oscars. Last year, most of my predictions in the major categories were right. This year, I think I may have actually seen all the oscar nominated movies, so I thought I'd give it a shot again this year, so here goes: Best Picture: The Curious Case of Benjamin Button Frost/Nixon Milk The Reader Slumdog Millionaire Sigh, so unless you have been under a rock, you have to have heard about Slumdog Millionaire, they've pretty much won every award there is to win. At first, I thought the Academy would give it to Benjamin Button but now I am not so sure. I did read somewhere though that Harvey Weinstein is pulling a tough nose campaign for the reader so we might see an upset, if people are tired of the SD ride. As for me, my fav movie was Milk but I know it doesn't stand a chance so here's hoping we have a surprise win like when Crash won over Brokeback Mountain. I think it'll be Slumdog ...

Pick me, Choose me, Love me....then Discuss

Before I post the topic of discussion, I have to preface it by saying that even though Grey's Anatomy is shit now, there was once a time it was a really good show. Ok, maybe shit is harsh but it definitely has more down than up episodes. Anyways, I really despised Meredith, my best friend never quite got why I couldn't stand her, she thought I would be able to relate to her (oh dear god, yuck!). I vividly remember that episode, when Derek was torn between Addison and herself and she told him: "okay, here it is, your choice... it's simple, her or me, and I'm sure she is really great. but, I love you, in a really, really big pretend to like your taste in music, let you eat the last piece of cheesecake,hold a radio over my head outside your window, unfortunate way that makes me hate you, love you. so pick me, choose me, love me".
